Part detective story, part heist film, part history we must never forget, The Stamp Thief uncovers a little-known chapter of Holocaust history. The film follows former Seinfeld producer Gary Gilbert as he sets out to expose a chilling tale: that a Nazi officer stole valuable stamp collections from concentration camp victims and buried them in a Polish town. Posing as a filmmaker shooting a fictional movie, Gilbert is on a mission to find the missing stamps and return them to their rightful heirs.
